Independent research laboratory in Moscow
Chemical analysis and composition studies of substances and materials
We determine composition, identify unknown samples, compare products and investigate the causes of defects.
About the center
We solve standard and non-standard chemical analysis tasks
Chemical Research Center LLC is an independent laboratory and expert organisation in Moscow. We analyse products, raw materials, substances and materials, determine chemical composition, identify unknown substances, compare samples and investigate defects or changes in product properties.
Clients contact us when a standard test is not enough and the task requires a combination of chemical research methods, professional interpretation and an answer to a specific technical or expert question.
You do not need to choose the method yourself. Describe the task and the available sample, and a Centre specialist will propose a study programme, sample requirements, timing and cost.
Research tasks
How we can help
Determine chemical composition
We identify the components of a substance or material and, where a suitable method is available, determine their quantitative content.
Analyse an unknown substance
We select complementary methods to establish the probable nature of an unknown substance or material and identify characteristic components.
Compare samples
We determine differences in chemical composition, impurities, fillers, solvents, additives and other relevant characteristics.
Investigate the cause of a defect
We study changes in colour, odour and consistency, sediment, separation, coating failure and loss of performance.
Study the composition of an analogue
We identify key components to establish a technical basis for developing a comparable product.
Develop formulations
We develop and refine formulations with regard to required properties, available raw materials and process constraints.
Chemical expertise
We conduct judicial and pre-trial studies of substances, materials and products and prepare specialist or expert conclusions.
Testing to standards
We test products to GOST, ISO, ASTM, specifications and agreed programmes within the Centre’s technical capabilities.

How it works
A clear path from sample to result
- 01
You describe the task
Tell us what needs to be determined, which samples are available and why the result is required.
- 02
We design the study programme
A specialist reviews the information, selects methods and defines sample requirements, timing and cost.
- 03
We conduct the study
We perform the agreed tests and interpret the resulting data.
- 04
We deliver the result
You receive a test report, analytical report or specialist or expert conclusion, depending on the work.
Our task is not only to obtain measurement results, but also to interpret them professionally within the scope of the question.
Accreditation and documents
Documents confirming our competence
AKSEKO accreditation, RosOsnova attestation and quality-management certification are different confirmations and are presented separately. An accredited result may be issued only for objects, indicators and methods included in the official accreditation scope.

Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
You do not need to select a laboratory method yourself. Describe the object, the problem and the purpose of the study, and a specialist will propose an appropriate programme.
The achievable qualitative and quantitative detail depends on the sample matrix, available methods, reference materials and validated procedures. A specialist assesses the reliable scope before work begins.
The amount depends on the material, the number of studies and the methods used. We confirm the requirements after a preliminary assessment.
The cost depends on the number of samples, study programme, sample preparation, quantitative measurements and the required final document.
An accredited result can be issued only for objects, indicators and methods included in the current scope of accreditation.
